Caramel pen device E-Liquid in Bristol: the flat shortlist
Caramel in Bristol: 22 units tested over 3 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Choosing a pen device for caramel
Caramel in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bristol the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
A caramel pen device from the flat-rate options in Bristol costs about £1.96 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 22 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a caramel pen device really costs in Bristol
If you are looking at caramel in Bristol, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested caramel in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bristol accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Bristol?
Yes, tracked to 2–4 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On caramel the budget price and the premium price can sit within £1.96 per 10 ml once 2–4 business days is counted.
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
