Coil life, liquid cost and the caramel habit
Caramel in a zero-nicotine bottle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bristol the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.

The short version: caramel in Bristol works if the zero-nicotine bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Bristol
Caramel zero-nicotine bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 23 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested caramel in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Pick the zero-nicotine bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into Bristol.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for zero-nicotine bottle in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest zero-nicotine bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing caramel with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised £35 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £3.21 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle. Shipping of nicotine to Bristol runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for caramel in Bristol must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
