Frozen cartomizer E-Liquid in Bristol: the wholesale shortlist
Frozen in Bristol: 10 units tested over 5 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Choosing a cartomizer for frozen
Frozen cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 10 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £1.81 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long frozen tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a frozen cartomizer really costs in Bristol
If you are looking at frozen in Bristol, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested frozen in a cartomizer
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bristol accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing frozen with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.

Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.
