Spiced mesh tank E-Liquid in Bristol: the guide shortlist
Spiced in Bristol: 7 units tested over 8 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
How we tested Spiced mesh tank here
Spiced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £2.88 per 10 ml.
Spiced sounds like one product. It is not: a mesh tank running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you only read one line: the mesh tank you buy decides how long spiced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a spiced mesh tank really costs in Bristol
If you are looking at spiced in Bristol, the first question is not strength. It is whether the mesh tank you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested spiced in a mesh tank
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a mesh tank arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the mesh tank, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing spiced with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised £66 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £2.88 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should spiced start at?
Start at whatever the UK allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a mesh tank.
Why does spiced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the spiced blend itself harsh.
