Tobacco refill pack E-Liquid in Bristol: the deals shortlist
Tobacco in Bristol: 8 units tested over 2 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
How we tested Tobacco refill pack here
There is no single best way to buy E-Liquid in Bristol. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Tobacco in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bristol the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: tobacco in Bristol works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tobacco refill pack really costs in Bristol
Tobacco in Bristol reaches the shelf in refill pack formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested tobacco in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a tobacco bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every tobacco bottle shipped into Bristol.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Treating the advertised £64 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £1.93 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to the UK need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle. Shipping of nicotine to Bristol runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in the UK |

| Delivery to Bristol | 2–4 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | £64 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | £1.93 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
