Tropical refill pack E-Liquid in Bristol: the budget shortlist
Tropical in Bristol: 24 units tested over 4 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
How we tested Tropical refill pack here
Tropical sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you are looking at tropical in Bristol, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Below is the run we did for this search: 24 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a tropical refill pack really costs in Bristol
We run tropical the same way in Bristol: same refill pack, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested tropical in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every tropical bottle shipped into Bristol.
Where tropical goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bristol accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised £34 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £2.84 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to the UK need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Bristol?
Yes, tracked to 2–4 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On tropical the budget price and the premium price can sit within £2.84 per 10 ml once 2–4 business days is counted.
How long does tropical in a refill pack last?
In Bristol we measured 4 to 24 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
